Ilovet – we, the people

For all those who, while running veterinary clinics, help pet guardians take care of their pets' health, there is no better team providing top quality supplementation.

Whether support is needed for internal systems (digestive, circulatory or immune), coat, skin, joints or other aspects of your pets health, Ilovet will come to the rescue.

It's a group of passionate people, specialists, and privately pet caregivers who will provide every veterinarian with the necessary products, but also help to constantly acquire and expand their knowledge of their use.

After a joint workshop, the Ilovet team and Ilovet created a brand communication strategy that captures everything that Ilovet's DNA encompasses - passion for animals, expertise and caregiver/advisor relationships with veterinarians.

The previous logo depicted only a dog, and it was time to change that. The new identity is a story about pets and the people who help take care of them. The Ilovet logotype is full of feline and canine themes, hidden in the letters that make it up.

Let's leave what's important

Ilovet is a brand that has been on the market for several years. During this time, it has already built up a certain level of recognition and trust among its customers, so in addition to new visual communication elements that strengthen its character, we also used existing brand assets, such as the name and color palette, gently refreshing them.

We have built not only the visual language, but also the tone of voice of the brand, which is an integral part of the new strategy.

Ilovet on very specialized pet health topics strives to speak in an accessible and understandable way.

Responsible brand

We are pleased when, from the first meeting, our customers respond enthusiastically to our proposal to build the brand responsibly.

We develop our brand strategy based on our proprietary Future-Conscious Design (FDC)™ working method, which puts the well-being of the environment and the planet at the center of our activities.

That's why a conscious approach to design and manufacturing was so important in our work for Ilovet (whether in analog or digital channels).

We've applied the same user-friendly product search to the new website. Ilovet's product offer is the most searched and viewed content on the site, so creating an easy path to reach it was a key design task.

It seemed particularly important to have a new communication strategy reflected in company website. It doesn't only support brand awareness, it's also a source of information and it enables direct contact with customers.

The design and implementation included the preparation of a fully responsive website.

It can also be flexible around customers' needs and present only the content of a particular interest to specific client.

It was quite an effort on our part to create it, but thanks to Ilovet's amazing team we've managed to prepare a sales and information tool that is well received by all customers.

We got it!

Ilovet's product range is very broad, so it was important to design the catalog in a way that makes it as quick and easy as possible to find the right product.

Categorization facilitates efficient identification, clear tables allow information to be decoded more quickly, and additional iconography clearly describes the ingridients, dosage and other relevant product information.

Let's make an always up-to-date, user- and planet-friendly product catalog

Is it possible to design a catalog that never goes out of date despite frequent changes in product offerings? Sure! All you have to do is find the right form for it.

Frequent reprints of the catalog can be costly and not particularly time-effective. Ilovet decided to invest in a format we've proposed, which offers an up-to-date product information.
